Positive Mojo Monday

Another 2-1 takes our record to outstanding 127-68 in past 195 baseball plays! Today we have Run Line system that is 46-4 and perfect this season. The Top Trend is flat-out perfect and Mr. Buck joins us with his Best Free Play. Good Luck

What I letting you know today – From Elias Sports: Sean O'Sullivan was the Royals starting pitcher at Yankee Stadium on Sunday, after starting there for the Angels on Tuesday. O'Sullivan became the first pitcher to start for different teams against the same opponent within a six-day span since Cory Lidle did it versus Colorado in 2004 for the Reds (Aug. 8) and Phillies (Aug. 12). O'Sullivan is the only pitcher ever to start against the Yankees for two different teams during one homestand.

The GUARANTEED Play promised an easy winner yesterday and Milwaukee delivered 8-3 over Washington. Today we expect a similar outcome, as we have a pitcher in a 100 percent situation that is Guaranteed to deliver tonight.

Free Baseball System -1) Play On all underdogs against a 1.5 run line like Seattle, (Money Line =-190 to -135) with a poor bullpen whose ERA is 4.50 or worse on the season, with a sterling starting pitcher whose WHIP is 1.100 or less over his last 10 games. This RL system is special at 46-4, 92 percent since 2006. (9-0 this year)

Free Baseball Trend -2) The Toronto Blue Jays are 16-0 vs. AL teams scoring 3.7 or less runs a game in the second half of the season since 1997.

Free Baseball Pick -3) Paul Buck has corralled seven winners in nine MLB plays and likes the Reds to rout Milwaukee.

Running real late this Tuesday - Short and sweet

Free Baseball System -1) Play Against all underdogs with a money line of +150 or more like Orioles, with a starting pitcher who strikes out three or less batters per start, after a game where the bullpen threw six or more innings. This amazing system is 61-10, 85.9 percent since 2006.

Free Baseball Trend -2) Milwaukee is 20-3 vs. NL teams allowing 5.3 or more runs a game in the second half of the season over the last three seasons.

Free Baseball Pick -3) Kendall is 7-2 in last nine MLB plays and the White Sox mopping up Seattle.

Total Domination Fuels Two MLB Matchups

Baltimore and Pittsburgh have been two of the weakest franchises in baseball for a number of years. The Orioles haven’t had a winning season since their division title in 1997 and Pittsburgh is on historic sports streak, as their last winning campaign came in 1992. When you are this bad, everyone has a shot to beat you, however certain teams can really put the hurt on you and both clubs face a nemesis that just doesn’t let up this evening.

Thank you sir may I have another

It was just four years ago, despite being a horribly run franchise, Baltimore (29-63, -20.8 units) always had the cushion of Tampa Bay (56-36, +2.8) below them to at least have a little dignity, keeping them out of last place in the AL East. No more, as the Rays figured out how to put together a farm system and Baltimore, they are still trying to work that point out.

The O’s came into the season believing they had turned a corner, with the development of a few of their younger players, despite the fact they were on a streak of the next season being worst than the prior since 2004.

This quickly turned into a futile campaign with abysmal 2-16 start. Enter Tampa Bay. The Rays are 6-1 vs. the Orioles this year, including 4-0 at Camden Yards, where the teams will meet again. Over the past three seasons, Tampa Bay is 15-7 where crapcakes are plentiful and 31-13 overall.

Sports betting online outlets have Baltimore as +180 home underdogs, after their 8-1 shellacking last night and the Birds are 2-19 after scoring one run or less this season. They will send potential sacrificial lamb Jake Arrieta (3-2, 4.62 ERA) to the mound and Baltimore is 11-36 off three straight losses against division rivals the last three seasons.

Tampa Bay will start Matt Garza (10-5, 4.05) who is 8-1 with a 2.48 ERA in 10 career starts against the Orioles and is 2-0 this season, permitting two earned runs in 16 innings and striking out 14. For this 7:05 Eastern contest, the Rays are 14-4 on the division road this season.

Oh that’s going to leave a mark

Prosperity and abundance are two words seldom associated with the Pittsburgh Pirates (32-60, -12.3). After scoring 21 runs on 36 hits in last two contests in taking the series against Houston, the Bucs must have been arm and leg weary and could only muster a lone run and six base-knocks against renowned Chris Capuano and other bullpen pitchers from Milwaukee (43-51, -7.8) in 3-1 defeat (Capuano’s first win in three years).

Pittsburgh losing to the Brewers is as predictable Lindsey Lohan and Mel Gibson being in the news, after awhile you hardly even notice.

The Pirates have fallen to the Brew Crew in nine of 12 matchups this year (5 of 6 at PNC Park) and they are 8-32 vs. Milwaukee since 2008. The latest slump has Pittsburgh losing nine of 11 and they are 8-27 with double revenge against opponent this season.

Betting on sports participants will note the Bucs are +117 underdogs with their best young pitcher Brad Lincoln (1-3, 5.14) taking the ball. Lincoln has mid-90’s heat, a curveball with a hard break and improving changeup. His problems have come leaving the ball up against big league hitters and has been tagged for four homers in last two starts. Pittsburgh is 50-101 after batting .250 or worse over a 20-game span.

Milwaukee counters with Dave Bush (4-7, 4.07), who has pitched his best baseball of the season of late, with 2.45 ERA in his last trio of starts. Half of Bush’s wins in 2010 have been at the expense of Pittsburgh and the Brewers are on 7-1 streak as a road favorite in the -110 to -150 range. The Crew is 7-0 against Pitt. when Bush is the starting pitcher since July 5, 2008.

Come back in

Welcome back friends, good to see you again, make sure to take a look at some or all of the articles if you missed them the last few days. We were 2-0-1 on Sunday, taking us to 107-57, 65.2 percent (ties tossed) and we start with an 82.5 percent system. Ron is still hanging around handing out winners and thinks he has another today. The Top Trend involves two teams that have a history, literally, with one in a bad position. Good Luck

What I thought today – It’s supposed to be 116 or hotter today and tomorrow in Phoenix and though I love hot weather, let me tell you, this is freakin’ hot.

On Twitter at: http://twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Baseball System -1) Play Against road underdogs with money line of +125 to +175 like the Mets with a starting pitcher whose ERA is 3.00 or better on the season, against NL opponent with a hurler whose WHIP is 1.250 to 1.350 on the season. This system is a cash register ringing 47-10, 82.5 percent.

Free Baseball Trend -2) The Milwaukee Brewers are 2-13 (-13.7 Units) against the money line revenging a home loss vs. opponent of six runs or more over the last two seasons.

Free Baseball Pick -3) I’m going to cut Ron of the Left Coast Connection some slack since his last pick here was a push and he’s incredible 56-15 (pushes ignored) in last 71 MLB plays. Tonight he thinks the Halos will be heavenly.

Pounding out Friday Winners

Our 99-56 record with our plays here at 3Daily Winners is pretty damn good, but Ron of the Left Coast Connection is one sick dude with his baseball run. Check out his Free Play below. The Top Trend is in the Big Apple at 90 percent and the Best System is a sweet 80 percent over extended period. Good Luck

What I thought yesterday – With each passing day, I’m certain the “N” in ESPN stands for narcissistic.

Did you see this? http://www.newseum.org/todaysfrontpages/hr.asp?fpVname=OH_CPD&ref_pge=lst

On Twitter at: http://twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Baseball System -1) Play On home teams with a money line of -100 to -150 like the Brew Crew, with a NL starting pitcher whose ERA is 6.20 or worse on the season vs. opposing pitcher who walked five or more hitters last outing. This fairly rare system is 32-8 the past 13 years.

Free Baseball Trend -2) The Metropolitans are 9-1 in home games after scoring two runs or less this season, winning by 3.5 runs per outing.

Free Baseball Pick -3) He’s become Ron(do)–matic with three more winners last night to give him incredible 47-11 record on the base paths. Ron still has plenty in the tank and believes Jason Verlander and Detroit will have the Twins seeing double.

Happy 4th of July!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A spirited 3-1 Saturday, raises our record to 94-54. We start today with Ron of the LCC just on fire and he offers his top selection for Free. The Top Trend is flat out perfect the Best System is amazing 48-8! Good Luck

3Daily Winners is No.5 in units won at Cappers Monitor the last 10 days.

What I saw yesterday – The Arizona Diamondbacks put on as bad a performance as a team can, committing six errors, a franchise record. The final score was 14-1 Dodgers and it should have been worse except for two base-running blunders by L.A. that led to unnecessary outs.

Kirk Gibson was just in his second game as manager but he is finding things out quickly about his team and himself. His starting lineup featured more than half the team made up of backups. The logic was lost on me and everyone else.

The Snakes can never, I repeat never again start Rusty Ryal at first base, his footwork and lack of experience led to directly to one and possibly two of the errors (Adam LaRoche would have saved two errors for certain) the D-Backs had.

Part of being a manager is to understand circumstances. Yes, Gibson was just on his second day on the job, but he had to know or should at least checked that this moribund team was going to have a large crowd on hand. It’s the manager’s job to win games first, however with over 44,000 on hand to watch fireworks as much or if not more than then to watch the Arizona, this was a great opportunity to go all out to impress the fans that maybe they should come back and see another game, since this club has nothing but pride and paychecks to play for the rest of the way.

The only reason anyone who was in attendance would bother to come back in 2010 is to see another team.

On Twitter at: http://twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Baseball System -1) Play On all favorites with a money line of -150 or more like the Halos, with a team batting average of .260 or less, against a good AL starting pitcher with ERA of 4.20 or less, in the second half of the season. Hitting the way back machine to 1997, this system is 48-8, 85.7 percent.

Free Baseball Trends -2) The Atlanta Braves are 9-0 vs. teams with a mediocre bullpen whose WHIP is 1.450 to 1.550 this season.

Free Baseball Pick -3) Ron continues to crush the books with a 31-9 record on the diamond and is riding the Redbirds to split series with Milwaukee.

Welcome to June

Had a couple of off days and that has to be expected with such a good streak going. Our record is still 64-30, which you can take to the bank. The LCC continue to be sharp and has the Pale Hose as top play. The Orioles play the Yankees; guess which team is on the wrong end of Top Trend? The Best System is 83.3 percent way down in South Florida. Good Luck

What I’ll thought today – A rather peculiar day with just baseball, it’s been awhile, unless you count the WNBA, I don’t.

On Twitter at: http://twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Baseball System -1) Play Against road underdogs like Milwaukee with a money line of +100 to +150, with a bad bullpen that blows 38 percent or more of their save opportunities, with a chilly starting pitcher whose WHIP is 2.250 or higher over his last three starts. This has the feel of outstanding profit potential with 35-7 record, 83.3 percent.

Free Baseball Trend -2) Baltimore is 1-16 in road games after scoring one or less runs in a loss to a division rival over the last three seasons, losing by a whopping 3.4 runs per game.

Free Baseball Pick -3) The Left Coast Connection is on incredible run and they actually have three games in which they are on one side, but the one with White Sox is most dominant at 14-0.

Wednesday's Top Action

Tuesday’s results were 1-1, not the stuff of legends but 36-20, 64.2 percent isn’t too bad. SR was correct with his Free Play and looks in the same exact direction for the next one. The Top Trend shows the Brew Crew in an uncomfortable situation. The Best System is an AL Central showdown at 83.7 percent. Good Luck

What I did today- In afternoon MLB action, I took the Reds and Twinkies. If you would like to receive my free plays on regular basis, sign up to the right.

On Twitter at: http://twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Baseball System -1) Play Against road underdogs like the White Sox with a money line of +125 to +175, a meager AL team batting average of .260 or less, against a team with a good bullpen (ERA <=3.75), with a starting pitcher whose gives up a home run once every other start. This system clocks in at 83.7 percent, 41-8.

Free Baseball Trend -2) The Milwaukee Brewers are 1-11 revenging a home loss vs opponent of six runs or more over the last two seasons.

Free Baseball Pick -3) Slick Rick is 9-1 the last three days and expects the Rays again to shine over Halos.

Note- If you prefer to have this sent to you daily instead of having to visit the site, sign up for our FREE mailing list on the right.

Tuesday's Top Material

Got beat up good on Monday, dropping us to 35-19. For Tuesday have a number of MLB systems to consider in below article. The Top Trend has bit of a different twist, thus checking lines will matter. Slick Rick likes a game on the Left Coast for Free Play. Good Luck

What I lamented today- What freakin’ world was I on yesterday to play Brewers with Doug Davis, one of my favorite play against pitchers. I fell for the Crew scoring all those runs in the desert, not wise.

On Twitter at: http://twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Baseball System -1) See MLB Plays below.

Free Baseball Trend -2) When the closing line is -228 to -232 and the total is 7.5, the favorite (St. Louis in this case) is 14-0 the past three seasons.

Free Baseball Pick -3) Slick Rick is 6-1 the last two days and expects the Rays to shine over Halos.

Looking to stay hot this Saturday

Our record has been special of late with 30-15 mark after 3-0 Thursday. For openers we have a 37-8 run line system in the AL. The Top Trend is reverse perfect and Kendall goes right back for the kill in the NBA with FREE NBA winner. Good Luck

What I thought today- Went and saw the Brewers and D-Backs last night. Both teams have obvious shortcomings. The Brew Crew won 3-2 and a big reason in my opinion was to why the game was low scoring was all pitchers threw first pitch strikes 46 of 66 batters.

On Twitter at: http://twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Baseball System -1) Play On home underdogs (Oakland) with the +1.5 run line after four straight games where they stranded seven or less runners on base, with a cold starting pitcher whose ERA is 7.50 or higher over his last three starts. This RL system is 37-8, 82.2 percent, which includes 2-0 this season.

Free Baseball Trend -2) Felipe Paulino of Houston is 0-12 vs. teams averaging 2.75 or less extra base hits per game over the last two seasons.

Free Basketball Pick -3) Kendall knows a good thing when he sees it and is betting Orlando at -2 at Atlanta today.

Note- If you prefer to have this sent to you daily instead of having to visit the site, sign up for our FREE mailing list on the right.

Thursday's Top Action and cool story

Cinco de Mayo was not good to us with 1-2 day so a couple of Corona’s later uncovered a system in the AL at over 83 percent. The Top Trend follows the exploits of a pitcher from Brew Town and Kendall thinks you would have to be blitzed to go against his Free Play. (He didn’t really say that) Good Luck

What I saw today- In case you missed, there are actually a few good ones left.

http://sports.yahoo.com/golf/blog/devil_ball_golf/post/When-losing-a-golf-tournament-really-makes-you-a?urn=golf,238912

On Twitter at: http://twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Baseball System -1) Play Against all underdogs like the M’s with a money line of +125 to +175 with a team batting average of .260 or less, against strong AL starting pitcher (ERA of 3.50 or less), currently hitting .200 or worse over their last three games. A 49-10 record seems like a very nice fit.

Free Baseball Trend -2) David Bush of Milwaukee is 7-24 as a road underdog of +100 to +125.

Free Basketball Pick -3) Kendall is 9-3 in all his plays this week and takes Orlando to win and cover (just not by 43 and 34 respectively).

The Lakers and other winning info

The Los Angeles Lakers won four of five while Kobe Bryant was sidelined with an injury, as only loss occurred to Boston 87-86. While wagering pundits will debate about the loss one player can make, Bryant gave a perfect illustration of what the right answer should be, one basket.

With the Lakers (43-14, 25-30-2 ATS) down two points to Memphis on the road yesterday, Bryant hit a 3-pointer with 4.3 second left in the contest and his club won 99-98 as 5.5-point road favorites. Bryant showed his clutch ability, scoring the team’s last nine points on the way to totaling 32. “It’s fun,” Bryant said. “It’s my responsibility to make plays down the stretch. I enjoy it.”

With little time to enjoy, Kobe and company move south to Dallas (36-21, 23-24 ATS) to face the Mavericks on an ESPN televised tilt. Los Angeles has now won seven of last eight road games (5-2-1 ATS) and head to Big D where Dallas has been friendlier this season than in the past.

The Mavs are 18-9 SU at home; winning by a mere two points a game, accounting for to be pitied for league worst 6-21 ATS record. Dallas recently turned over its roster with big trade, attempting to shake the lethargy that had settled in despite being in first place in the Southwest Division. The addition of center Brendan Haywood has been an immediate benefit for the Mavericks, having won four in a row (2-2 ATS). Once Erick Dampier returns from dislocated finger, Dallas has the size to matchup with Lakers in the paint, along with another scorer in Caron Butler.

Those setting the numbers at DiamondSportsbook.com are not backing off Dallas, in spite of puny numbers, making them 1.5-point home favorites with total of 195. Who cares if the Mavs are 2-10 ATS at American Airlines Center after hosting a game or the fact they are 1-9 ATS in a home game when the total is between 190 and 199.5 points this season. It’s not like the Lakers are sure thing, with 7-15 ATS mark having won four of their last five games and are 4-11 and 6-8-1 ATS with no rest this year.

This contest has a 9:05 Eastern tipoff and L.A is 7-0 UNDER as a road underdog and Dallas is 14-5 UNDER revenging a loss vs. opponent this season.

NBA cash grab

A New Orleans and Milwaukee encounter is hardly a headliner, (take this article for example) unless you are a sage NBA bettor in search of the right hot team. Despite playing without All-Star Chris Paul, the Hornets (30-27, 29-28 ATS) have won four of last seven and are 6-1 ATS, with all-rookie backcourt of Darren Collison and Marcus Thornton.

The Bucks (27-28, 34-21 ATS) have won three in a row and six of eight and they have been handing out bonuses faster than Wall Street with 14-3 ATS run. Center Andrew Bogut has been more assertive in all areas and rookie Brandon Jennings and John Salmons have clicked since Milwaukee acquired him from Chicago.

New Orleans is a six-point road underdog and would appear to have several decided edges. The Hornets have stung Milwaukee eight straight times (5-3 ATS), dating back to Jan. 30, 2006. New Orleans is 8-1 ATS versus teams who make six or more 3-point shots a game in the second half of the season and the Bucks are 4-16 ATS revenging a close loss (Hornets 102-99, Nov. 25) of three points or less since 2007.

This battle begins at 8:05 Eastern and can be seen in local markets, with somebody taking home another winner, following spread covering clubs.

Bring on the Wednesday Action

Ended up with a not so great 0-2 record yesterday and look to turn this puppy around. Thanks to Sal for yet another great run. The Top Trend is a doubleheader, just like the team involved. The Best System is in the National League at 80.4 percent. The Free Play will be from a guy hitting 75 percent of his MLB plays. Good Luck

What I learned today – Tuesday's day/night twinbill between the Tigers and Twins was the first doubleheader of any kind since 1916 that was played this late in the calendar year between first- and second-place teams from the same league/division with first place on the line - that is, with teams separated by a margin of two games or less. Thanks Elias

On Twitter at: www.twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Baseball System-1) PLAY AGAINST NL road underdogs like Milwaukee with a money line of +150 or more, allowing 4.8 or more runs a game on the season, against opponent with a quality starting pitcher who owns WHIP of 1.000 or less over his last five starts. This system cashes 80.4 percent of the time with 86-21 record.

Free Baseball Trend -2) Two chances for this angle to be correct with Pittsburgh 4-21 when playing against a marginal winning team (Win Pct. 51% to 54%) this season.

Free Baseball Pick -3) Gary of the Left Coast Connection is 24-8 in last 32 MLB plays and he likes Colorado to move a step closer to the playoffs.

Guaranteed CFB Play for Wednesday.

The Platinum Sheet was 69 percent in all CFB selections last week.

Thursday Wagering Action

Officially a 0-1 day and it was a brutal loss if you didn’t see the game. You can read more about it below. Today’s Best System is in college football tonight at 27-5 ATS and the Top Trend is 84 percent in afternoon action. Good Luck

What I saw yesterday: My goodness (kids could be reading this), did the Halos get hosed last night. They led an incredibly exciting game 8-7 in the bottom in the ninth with the bases loaded. Nick Green was the pitch hitter (he of the .236 BA) and he worked the count from 0-2 to 3-2. On the next pitch, Brian Fuentes threw a perfect down the middle strike at the knees which was called a ball, ESPN strike zone box show the entire ball was within the box, leaving no doubt it was a strike. Worst homer call (or chicken crap) I’d seen this year.

On the topic of absurd, check out this read from our friend Kevin O’Neill.

On Twitter at: www.twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Football System-1) PLAY ON underdogs like Georgia Tech of 3.5 to 10 points off a win against a conference rival, in September games. This simplistic system delivers results at 27-5 ATS, 84.4 percent.

Free Baseball Trend -2) Dave Bush of the Milwaukee Brewers is 4-21 in day road games losing by 1.3 runs per game.

Free Baseball Pick -3) Andy of the LCC is 7-3 betting baseball this week after 3-0 Wednesday and likes Boston to sweep the Angels.

Check out today’s Guaranteed Plays.

Cards look to send Milwaukee into vorago

The St. Louis Cardinals are cruising towards their fourth Central Division title and have two legitimate starting pitchers capable of winning the Cy Young this season. In addition, the Cardinals have the best player in baseball in Albert Pujols and the savvy front office move that delivered Matt Holliday to the city with the Arch was genius. With Holliday in the lineup, the Cardinals (83-57, +13.1 units) have soared, with a Major League best record of 31-11.

Today, one of St. Louis’ top hurlers, Adam Wainwright (17-7, 2.68 ERA) will look to become the major’s first 18-game winner and contribute to the sweep of the Milwaukee Brewers (66-72, -12.6 units). Before his last outing in which he allowed six runs in five innings, Wainwright had pitched 13 consecutive times conceding two runs or less. The right-hander’s value goes up even higher when you consider he is 10-1 on the road (Cardinals 12-1 in all starts) making a great choice for the postseason. Lifetime, Wainwright is 4-3 against Milwaukee, however this season is 2-1 with a 0.77 ERA while allowing 14 hits in 23 1/3 innings against the Brew Crew.

Last year’s playoff euphoria has given way to frustration in Milwaukee, with a pitching staff unable to carry the load and too many feast or famine hitters in the lineup. The latter has been especially true with the Brewers having lost six of last eight, and totaling six hits or less in five of last six outings.

Jeff Suppan (6-8, 4.97) will be the Milwaukee starter and he’s 1-0 with 2.81 ERA since coming off the disabled list and he’s 7-3 in 14 starts against his old team.

Oddsmakers like those at DiamondSportsbook.com are unimpressed with Suppan’s recent pitching, looking at the bigger picture of how both teams are playing. They have installed St. Louis as -190 money line favorites, with the total at Ov8.5. Here is another very lucrative reason to think about the Cardinals today.

Play Against all underdogs with a money line of +175 to +250, a cold hitting team, batting .250 or worse over their last 20 games, against opponent with a smoking starting pitcher whose WHIP is 1.000 or less over his last five starts.

Since the 2005 season began, this has been one of the most reliable baseball systems you will find anywhere at 70-5 (that is correct) 93.3 percent. This has further been backed with the underdog a perfect 12-0 this year, when it comes to losing. If you still have even an inkling of doubt, take into consideration Wainwright and the Redbirds are 10-0 on the road when the total is 8 to 8.5 this season and Suppan is 1-21 as an underdog of +175 to +250 in his career. (Team's Record)

Let's knock'em dead Tuesday

Just having a heck of time digging up winners after 1-2 day. Maybe Matt of the LCC can change our luck with Free Play. The D-Backs have found a winning combination in second half the year in Top Trend and MLB System has raked in a lot of cash at 86.9 percent. Good Luck

What I learned yesterday - Edwin Jackson's streak of 16 consecutive starts allowing three or fewer earned runs in each game came to an end when he allowed four earned runs in four innings to the Red Sox Monday night. Over the last 60 years, the only other Tigers starters with a streak of starts allowing three or fewer earned runs as long as Jackson's were Mickey Lolich (16 in 1969) and Jack Morris (19 in 1983).

Now on Twitter at: www.twitter.com/3Dailywinners

Free Baseball System-1) PLAY ON all favorites with a money line of -175 to -250 like Atlanta, who are averaging 0.9 or less home runs a game on the season, after a win by six runs or more. Teams in this high a price range are proven winners (53-8, 86.9 percent) despite not having powerful offense.

Free Baseball Trend -2) Arizona is 10-1 vs. teams averaging 2.75 or less extra base hits per game in the second half of this season, winning by 2.1 runs per game.

Free Baseball Selection -3) Matt of the LLC passed on baseball yesterday, but was 7-0 over the past weekend. He’ll back the Brewers to fry the Friars in Milwaukee.

Time to climb over the hump on Wednesday

It was a bad day at Bedrock (rare Flintstone’s reference) with 0-3 record. I really sense a tumultuous period, with lots of surprising underdogs winning. If you are not having good season, it might be time to bail and get ready for football or be very careful like yours truly over the next several days. The Best System is 90.9 percent and has complete article about it is written for today. The Top Trend features a Brewers pitcher and Randy of the LCC hopes to keep winning with Free play. Good Luck

What I learned yesterday - Ichiro Suzuki went 2-for-5 in the Mariners' 7-6 win at Kansas City. It was the 600th multiple-hit game of Ichiro's nine-year major-league career. That's by far the most multi-hit games over a nine-year span during the live-ball era. The second-highest total during that time is 581 by Rogers Hornsby (1920-1928 and 1921-1929). Thanks Elias

Free Baseball Trend -2) Brandon Looper of Milwaukee is 1-11 when playing against a team with a winning record in the second half of the season over the last two seasons. (Team's Record)

Looking to start the week right

We’ve been a little ordinary lately with our plays, time to pick up the pace. We’ll start with 40-3 System, which is awfully good. The Top Trends checks in how the O’s might do in Motown. I’ll dole out another Free Play chasing success. Good Luck

What I learned yesterday – Melky Cabrera's ninth-inning triple completed the first cycle by a Yankee since Tony Fernandez in 1995. The only American League team with a longer current cycle drought than the one the Yankees just ended is Kansas City. No player has cycled for the Royals since George Brett in 1990. Cabrera's cycle was the fifth in the major leagues this season and the fourth that was completed with the toughest of the four elements, a triple. Michael Cuddyer, Ian Kinsler and Orlando Hudson each finished a 2009 cycle with a three-base hit; Jason Kubel capped his with a home run.

Free Baseball System-1) PLAY AGAINST all underdogs like Milwaukee, with a money line of +150 or more, who are batting chilly .200 or worse over their last three games, against opponent with starting pitcher who has WHIP of 1.000 or less over his last five starts. Give me a high five if you like 40-3 record, 93 percent.

Free Baseball Trend -2) The Baltimore Orioles are 2-15 in road games vs. an AL starting pitcher whose ERA is 4.00 or better this season, losing by 3.3 runs per game.

Free Baseball Selection -3) Nailed my play here and like Pittsburgh to keep it going for me.

Nats streak in jeopardy facing gruesome system

Breakup the Nationals! That’s what New York, San Diego and Milwaukee are thinking. The Mets and Padres lost series to Washington last week on the road and Milwaukee could become their third straight victim with a victory either tonight or tomorrow. The Nationals have won four in a row and six of eight, picking up seven units of profit for the shrewd sports bettor.

The Nationals are ninth in runs scored in the National League at 4.4 per game and are hotter than scalding water from the plate, averaging 9.5 runs during this winning streak, batting .342 as a team. Washington’s pitching staff has many faults and several ghastly numbers, however, they have held six of last eight opponents to four or less runs.

Washington, honestly (those two words are an oxymoron) should have a better record than 32-68 (-30.3 units), but a group of young starters are going to make mistakes as part of the growing process. Where things really fall apart is when the bullpen has gotten involved.

These non-starters have themselves accounted for 30 losses, while gaining only 11 victories. They have collective ERA of 5.24, having allowed 325 base hits in just over 309 innings, plus walking 173 more batters. Washington is the only team in the Major Leagues with a save percentage below .500, at 44.1 percent, blowing 19 saves in 34 attempts.

This month has been a full-blown disaster for Milwaukee, with seven wins in 23 games, which has seen them drift downwardly to fourth place in the NL Central, after starting July in first place. Brewers’ batters for the most part are holding up their end of the bargain, totaling 10 or more hits in 13 contests this month, but the pitching staff deserves a Dick Enberg “Oh my”.

Milwaukee has lost seven of last nine contests and no wonder, since the pitching staff has ERA of almost seven (6.81), with starting pitchers slightly worse, surrendering 6.89 earned runs and 10 home runs during this time span.

Tonight’s starter Manny Parra, has made a season long contribution to Milwaukee’s below .500 mark (49-51, -6.5 units) with 4-8 record. Parra has ERA of 6.42 and the Brew Crew has won exactly 25 percent of the left-hander’s starts (4-12) in 2009.

Many sports bettors don’t have the cold detachment of the oddsmakers to create a line objectively, based on a body of work, not just recent trends. This is why DiamondSportsbook.com for example has Milwaukee as -195 money line favorites, despite many reasons not to play the Brewers. Here is one outstanding reason to back the Brewers tonight.

Play Against road teams with average offensive, scoring 4.3 to 4.8 runs a game, against a faulty NL starting pitcher with ERA of 5.70 or higher, with a bad bullpen, whose ERA is 5.00 or worse on the season.

How this system has proven to work is the road club will return to typical numbers they produce. The opposing teams starting pitcher could well have better outing against an ordinary offensive club and if the game is close in the later innings, the road team’s bullpen will probably find a way to lose the game.

Dating back to when Madeleine Albright became first female Secretary of State of the United States (1997), this system is 34-8, 81 percent. In fact, this system has been especially lethal in the last five years with 20-3 record, with average winning margin of almost two runs.

'Haunted' Milwaukee Hotel Spooks Baseball Teams

Saturday, July 11, 2009

Associated Press

MILWAUKEE — First Carlos Gomez heard voices. Then he watched his iPod go haywire after he got out of the shower, sending him scrambling for the lobby without stopping to put on his pants and shoes.

After last year's experience, the Minnesota Twins outfielder didn't want to go back to Milwaukee's Pfister Hotel. But Gomez had to stay there when the Twins were in town to play the Brewers last month, so he brought some protection: teammate-turned-roommate Francisco Liriano and a Bible.

"Everything's scary," Gomez said. "Everything in the hotel, the paintings and pictures, it's a lot of old, crazy stuff. No good, man. No good."

The Pfister is Milwaukee's most regal address, having hosted every U.S. president since William McKinley and scores of celebrities who can take a self-guided tour of the hotel's Victorian art collection. Today, it's the place to stay for upscale business travelers and out-of-town visitors, including many Major League Baseball teams. Commissioner Bud Selig, a Milwaukee native, is a frequent visitor.

But some players don't care for the 116-year-old hotel's posh accommodations and reputation for privacy. They swear it's haunted.

Gomez, San Francisco's Pablo Sandoval, St. Louis' Brendan Ryan and several Florida Marlins all say they've had odd experiences, though Ryan later said nothing really happened. Others aren't willing to talk publicly about what they've seen and heard.

Brewers visiting clubhouse manager Phil Rozewicz has heard it all from sleepy-eyed players who would rather hang out at Miller Park than spend one minute more than they have to at the Pfister.

"There was a rookie ball player and he was back in his room and he woke up in the middle of the night and his blinds were open, the window was opened and he was panicked," Rozewicz said.

"So he went into the bathroom, splashed water on his face, came back out and went to bed. Shut the blinds, the window. Woke up in the morning. Same thing. Slept on the couch in the lobby the next night. Refused to go to his room. Finally, went to a Motel 6 or whatever up the street and just stayed there."

Of course, some of this could be mischievous teammates pulling pranks. But Pfister ghost stories go well beyond the ballpark.

Allison Jornlin, who leads haunted history tours for the folklore research organization Milwaukee Ghosts, said guests have reported seeing a "portly, smiling gentleman" roaming the halls, riding the elevator and even walking his dog. The apparition is said to resemble Charles Pfister, who founded the hotel with his father, Guido.

"His ghost is thought, usually, to behave very well," Jornlin said. "But MLB players seem to bring out his mischievous side."

Why's that?

"Obviously, he's a Brewers fan," Jornlin said.

But even some of the Brewers won't stay there in the offseason.

"Even if I come into town for FanFest or whatever, I'm staying somewhere else," said Brewers center fielder Mike Cameron, who moved his family to another hotel after one night last offseason. "I mean, it's not a bad place. But there has been a lot of stories, a lot of creepy things that have gone on."

Hotel general manager Joe Kurth won't acknowledge any specific ghost stories from ballplayers or other guests, citing privacy concerns. But he doesn't shy away from the rumors, suggesting that guests interested in seeing a spirit might want to stay in the hotel's historic wing.

The Pfister does have its fans. Colorado Rockies manager Jim Tracy loves the quiet atmosphere, though the same couldn't be said for Tracy's players when he was managing the Los Angeles Dodgers.

"I was hearing suggestions, to the point that they were saying, "I've got to go to a different hotel,"' Tracy said.

That sounds familiar to Gomez, who said he hears voices and noises when he stays there and had his worst experience after hopping out of the shower last year.

He'd just started putting his clothes on when his iPod started playing with a static noise. He grabbed it and the iPod changed music suddenly before going to static again.

"I grabbed my pants and my shoes and I ran to the lobby," Gomez said.

Gomez wishes the Twins would stay somewhere else.

"I'm scared to go there," he said. "They should change the hotel. Everybody here doesn't like the hotel. Why (do) they always put us in the same hotel when you can't sleep?"
